Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No appointment is needed. Our showroom and warehouse are open to both homeowners and contractors, and you can walk in anytime during business hours to browse samples and purchase materials on site.
Do you offer installation services?
In addition to high quality flooring products, we also have experienced and licensed contractors for installation and complete remodel projects, including bathrooms, showers, and full home remodeling.
Can I take samples home before I decide?
Yes. We encourage customers to take sample boards home so they can see the flooring in their own lighting and space before making final decisions.
How long does it take for special order flooring to arrive?
It takes between 3-5 days for any special order flooring to arrive at our warehouse where you or your contractor can pick up the material.
