In 1998, Sasha relocated to the Coachella Valley, bringing his skills and ambition to the United States. He spent over a decade immersed in renovation work, specializing in flooring removal and installation, developing a deep understanding of both craftsmanship and customer needs. In 2010, he became the owner of Maxx Industries and began transforming the company with his commitment to premium quality, strong work ethic, and forward-thinking leadership. Over the past decade, Sasha has elevated Maxx Industries into a regional leader by leveraging trusted relationships with international and domestic manufacturers, enabling access to top-tier materials at competitive prices.
Today, Sasha continues to guide Maxx Industries with the same passion and integrity that define his journey—combining European quality standards, global perspective, and local dedication to serve the Coachella Valley community with excellence.
Predrag Novakovic
GENERAL MANAGER
Predrag plays an essential role in the growth and evolution of Maxx Industries, contributing fresh perspective and strategic innovation to the company. Originally from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Predrag moved to the United States in 1998 with his father, Sasha, and their family. His multicultural background and international upbringing shaped his broad worldview and strong leadership foundation.
He later attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he developed expertise in the rapidly growing field of digital marketing. Over the following decade, he built a successful career in the digital space, mastering modern marketing strategy, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency. In 2020, Predrag joined Maxx Industries, ushering in a new phase focused on modernization and growth. His focus is to streamline internal processes, leverage digital tools, and expand the business while maintaining the family-owned values and personalized service that define the company.
With a forward-looking approach and commitment to innovation, Predrag plays a key role in guiding Maxx Industries into the future — balancing progress with tradition, and technology with trusted service.
